è situato nel Comune di Lorenzana (PI) al centro della
Toscana e dista poche decine di chilometri dai centri storici
e culturali più belli di questa regione. Nei tempi passati
Collealberti è sempre stato considerato il colle nobile
di Lorenzana, vuoi anche per la residenza posta da alcuni nobili.
La Casa Vacanza si trova nel poggio più alto di Collealberti,
immersa in una oliveta e fa parte dell’Azienda Agricola Serre
di Sopra dedita alla produzione di olio extravergine di oliva
dei migliori e pregiati della Toscana. Accanto alla coltura
dell’olivo viene coltivato un frutteto misto (pesche, albicocche,
fichi, susine ecc.) con un appendice di buon vino toscano. Tranquillità
e rumori della natura fanno contorno ad una vacanza in pieno
relax e ricca di cultura. Collealberti dista 20 km dal mare
di Marina di Pisa e dalla costa etrusca (Vada, Castiglioncello,
Donoratico). I centri storici di Pisa, Firenze e Lucca sono
raggiungibili agevolmente con la superstrada e distano rispettivamente
20, 72, 30 km da Collealberti. La Casa Vacanze comprende 6 appartamenti
di varie metrature e con tutti i comfort, una piscina contornata
di olivi secolari, un campetto di volley, ping-pong ed un campo
di tiro con l’arco. Adiacente alla struttura, per gli amanti
dell’equitazione si trova un piccolo maneggio per gite campestri
a cavallo. A richiesta possono essere organizzate, in Livorno,
uscite in barca a vela con istruttori (Laser, Equipe e Catamarano).
Nelle vicinanze sono situati ristoranti e trattorie dove si
può degustare la cucina tipica toscana. La Casa Vacanze
è aperta tutto l’anno. I prezzi settimanali tutto incluso
(biancheria, piscina, riscaldamento, elettricità, gas,
ecc.) sono:fuori stagione €413.50 – 516.50, alta stagione (Luglio-Agosto)
€ 568 – 826.50. ogni appartamento è dotato di uno spazio
all’esterno per poter pranzare. |

Die
Siedlung Collealberti befindet sich in der Gemeinde Lorenzana
und zwar etwa 20 km. Von Meer und 72 km von Florenz; nächste
grössere Stadt ist Livorno. Diese liebliche Hügellandschaft
unter dem klimatisch begünstigenden Einfluss des Meeres
wurde im 17. und 18. Jahrhundert von den noblen Herrschaften
des Landesinnern als Sommerresidenz auserwählt. Vorteilhaft
auch, da zentral gelegen für Ausflüge zu den zahlreichen
besuchenswerten Orte der Toscana.Das
Ferienhaus gehört zu einem noch aktiven (ruhigen) Landwirtschaftsbetrieb.
Es wurde komplett neu ausgebaut und verfügt über
Appartements verschiedener Grösse. Herrliche Lage inmitten
eines Olivenhains; ideal für Leute, welche die stille
Natur zur Erholung brauchen, aber dennoch nicht allzu abgelegen
wohnen möchten. Eigenproduktion von Olvenöl, Wein
und Früchten (käuflich). Ausser Baden im eigenen
Pool (6m x 12m) folgende Sportmöglichkeiten: Volleyball,
Ping Pong, Bogenschiessen; Reiten in der Nachbarschaft. In
den Wochenpreisen ist alles inbegriffen (gesamte Wäsche,
Schlussereinigung, Heizung, Gas usw); sie betragen in der
Vor-und Nachsaison €413.50 – 516.50 (sFr670 –bis 870) und
in der Hauptsaison (Juli, August) € 568 – 826.50 (sFr 970
– bis 1.450). Übrigens: zu jeder Wohnung gehört
ein Gartensitzplatz. Verschiedene gute Restaurants und Pizzerias
in 5 bis 10 Autominuten. Bei der gastfreundlichen Gutsbesitzerfamilie
Rita un Franco Pardini sind Sie gut aufgehoben. Neu: Eigenes,
hübsches Restaurant auf dem Betrieb (gute italienische
Küche).

Collealberti
is placed in the Lorenzana Council (PISE) to the centre of
Tuscany and it is far few tens of kilometres from the most beautiful
historical and cultural centers of this region. In the past
the Lorenzana
Council has always been considered the noble Lorenzana hill,
especially for the residence placed by some nobles. The Vacations
House is situated in the highest hill of Collealberti, dipped
in a oliveta and belongs to the agricultural company named “Serre
di Sopra”, which is devoted to the production of one of the
best and most pregious extravergine olive oil of Tuscany. Next
to the cultivation of the olive, a mixed orchard is cultivated
(peaches, apricots, figs, plums ecc.) with a good Tuscan wine
appendix. Quiet and nature noises make contour to a full of
relax and rich of culture vacation. Collealberti is 20 kilometres
far from Marina di Pisa (sea) and from the Etruscan coast (Vada,
Castiglioncello, Donoratico). You can reach very easily by highway
Pise, Florence and Lucca (historical center), and they are 20
– 72 – 30 kilometres far from Collealberti. The Vacations House
includes 6 several lenght apartments with all comforts, a swimming
pool surrounded of secular olives, a small volley field, a ping
pong table and an archery throw field. Next to the main structure,
for the horse-riding lovers there is a small horse riding-school
for rural excursions with horses. In the neighbourhood there
are some restaurants and taverns where you can taste the typical
Tuscan cooking. The Vacations House is opened all the year.
The weekly prices everything included (linen, swimming pool,
heating, electricity, gas, ecc.) are: off season € 415 – 520;
high season (July, August) € 570 – 830. Every apartment is provided
with an outside place where it is possible to dine. New: a beautiful
restaurant on the farm (fine Italian kitchen).
